are now selecting contestants to participate in this
year’s
MISS
ARKANSAS USA® and MISS
ARKANSAS TEEN USA®
State Pageants, the official preliminaries to the prestigious
MISS USA® and MISS
TEEN USA® pageants!
This
year every contestant (Miss and Teen) receives
a $36,000 College Scholarship to Lindenwood University!
The Winners, Runners-up, and Semifinalists will
each receive additional Lindenwood scholarships.
You
could be among these contestants!
If you are a natural born female, single (never married, never had a child),
a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Arkansas for
at least
6 months prior to the pageant, and meet the age requirements*,
we invite you to APPLY TODAY! Our
program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and
personal goals. As a contestant,
you will be judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview,
Swimsuit, and Evening Wear, and you will participate in two exciting stage
shows. Performing talent is NOT a requirement.
The
2009 MISS ARKANSAS USA and MISS ARKANSAS TEEN USA
Pageant will be held November 28-30, 2008 in Bentonville,
AR.
This will prove to be one of the most exciting weekends of your life!
To
become a contestant in this year's event,
submit the information below and attach a recent photo.
Your
photo does not need to
be professional.
Please make sure the attached file is not over
3MB is size. If you do not have a digital version
of your photo,
you can also submit it by mail. Any photo submitted
by mail will not be returned.

*Age Requirements
Miss
Arkansas USA:
At
least 18
and less than 27 as of February
1, 2009.
Miss
Arkansas Teen USA:
At
least 14
and less than 19 as of February
1, 2009.
Once
we have received your information and photo,
you will be interviewed by telephone. Following
this
interview, the selection committee will consider
your application. You will be notified by mail
if chosen. If you do not receive a telephone
interview within 3 weeks of submitting your application,
please contact the pageant office at info@vanbros.com.
